How to use

1. Wash and fully dry your nose. Skin should be free of sweat, oil and sunscreen.
2. Peel off the backing without touching the adhesive.
3. Centre the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils.
4. Press the ends down firmly for a few seconds so they hold.
5. To remove, wet the strip with warm water and peel off slowly.
